We make AI scalable in Austria: confident, trustworthy and effective.

AI:AT stands for an Austria in which sophisticated AI applications reliably move from pilot to productive use, supported by a sovereign infrastructure, practical implementation expertise and a strong ecosystem of business, public administration and research.

Mission

The AI Factory Austria AI:AT supports customers as an independent, trustworthy partner in using AI effectively and responsibly by

superior infrastructure and AI-optimized HPC resources for complex, scalable applications,

hands-on expertise and operational support from proof-of-concept to productive scaling,

targeted skills development (enablement) from training courses to executive formats and technical masterclasses,

and targeted networking with the right partners in the ecosystem from industry, public administration and research.

Goals

AI:AT is a central building block for an AI ecosystem that is visible throughout Europe.

We create synergies with lighthouse projects such as the planned AI Center of the University of Vienna and the Vienna University of Technology, the biomedical AI institute AITHYRA and the FWF Cluster of Excellence Bilateral AI.

AI:AT thus consolidates Austria's international position as a location for technology and innovation in the long term.
