Understand the differences between workflow automation, AI assistants and AI agents. Explore practical examples showing how agentic AI can independently plan, execute and optimise tasks.
- Identifying innovation potential of AI in your own company
Analyse where AI can create value in your work using problem- and opportunity-driven approaches.
- Evaluating AI innovation potential in terms of effort & benefit
Compare and prioritise the identified AI use cases based on effort, benefit and economic viability (ROI).

Course instructor: Ann-Sophie Brenk
Ann-Sophie combines management expertise with practical experience in digital transformation and the use of Artificial Intelligence. After completing her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Management with a focus on Digital Transformation at the International School of Management and Kühne Logistics University – with study periods in Hamburg, Vienna, Rome and San Diego – she worked for over three years in the field of digital transformation consulting. There, she contributed to projects on AI solutions in the pharmaceutical sector and the identification of digitalisation opportunities in business processes in the automotive industry.
Today, she is part of the AI and Business Growth Team at AI Factory Austria AI:AT, supporting companies in using Artificial Intelligence strategically, economically and practically to unlock real innovation potential.
