AI Factory Austria AI:AT offers free coworking and office space for startups, companies, researchers, and innovators who are helping to shape the future of artificial intelligence in Austria. Our goal is to foster a vibrant community where startups, the business sector, academia, and the public sector come together to turn AI ideas into reality.

Voraussetzungen
As AI:AT is part of a publicly funded European initiative, the following conditions apply:
- Headquartered in a EuroHPC JU member country.
- Valid UID number (VAT identification number).
How We Select
We select teams that make effective use of AI, are a good fit for our community, and share our values of collaboration and responsible innovation. We’re looking for teams with growth potential that can benefit from—and contribute to—the AI:AT ecosystem.

Expected presence time
We view coworking as an active community, not just a workplace. To foster exchange, visibility, and collaboration, we place a high value on regular in-person attendance:

Here's how it works
First-time occupancy
3–6 months to get started.
Extension
Up to 12 months—depending on activity and community contributions.
Check-ins
Every 3 months to discuss usage, progress, and feedback.
