The visit provided an opportunity to present AI:AT’s activities and services and to discuss key issues related to the further development of Austria’s AI and innovation ecosystem.

The discussion focused on access to high-performance AI computing infrastructure, as well as support for companies, startups, research institutions and public administration in the development and implementation of AI applications. Another key topic was how research results can be transferred into practice more quickly and how existing expertise in Austria can be better connected.

The exchange highlighted the importance of joint efforts to strengthen knowledge and technology transfer and to further improve the framework conditions for developing and scaling innovative AI solutions in Austria. Participants also discussed current developments in Austria’s research, technology and innovation system, as well as potential opportunities for future collaboration.
