On March 18, 2026, the Austrian Computer Society (ÖCG) held a symposium on “Digital Sovereignty in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”.

We at AI Factory Austria were there and contributed our perspective on infrastructure, skilled workers and innovation ecosystems. The focus was on the question of how Europe and Austria can strengthen their technological capacity to act in the age of AI.
